    Today we get a glimpse into pro tennis player James McGee\’s tennis fitness.

    He has flown halfway around the world from Dublin Ireland to have me help him with his tennis fitness.

    James is doing the Tabatas interval training for his tennis fitness which includes 20 seconds on 10 seconds off.

    This entire workout took about 20 minutes to do.

    The exercises that James will be doing will not only work his cardio levels but his strength as well.

    The one thing I want you to notice is that you do not need a gym to get an appropriate tennis fitness workout.
